FITMOM + BABY™ (Babies 6 wks-18 mths)
One of the most popular all time FITMOM™ classes. This beginner to athlete program is modified to meet your fitness level. Whether in a baby carrier or lying next to you, your baby will participate in the class and provide progressive resistance to help you get lean and strong. Babies from 4 weeks to 6 1/2 months are safest in a front carrier, while older babies are best suited to a back carrier. Consult with your doctor to see what's best for you.

All FITMOM + Baby™ classes include exercises to target all the major muscle groups. Each class includes

  • a warm up, stretch,
  • 20 minutes of standing exercises (with baby in carrier),
  • 20 minutes of interactive floor work,
  • an aerobic circuit and
  • a warm down stretch.

Each class concludes with a baby activity that changes weekly. In the course of the session participants will be able to address concerns about postnatal fitness and will receive handouts on relative topics for their interest.

The FITMOM + Baby™ class addresses the guilt new moms often feel when leaving their babies to do something for themselves. Babies can participate at all times and enjoy this class as much as you will. FITMOM™ mom and baby classes are a great way to meet other new moms, get in shape, feel more energized and most importantly have fun while bonding with your baby.
* All participants should have had their 6week postnatal check up before starting FITMOM + BABY classes*

FITPARENT AND TODDLER (18 mths - 3 1/2)
(At this time this class is available on a customized basis only. You need as little a 4 moms and we will provide you and your toddlers a challenging and interactive workout at a location of your choice)

This class is a spin off of the Mom and Baby class. Your active toddlers are involved from beginning to end. Moms are instructed through the exercise program while toddlers are prompted to mimic body movements with fun analogies of animals and familiar objects that are designed to stimulate and entertain them. Moms and toddlers will bond with interactive activities that sometimes have mom being a jungle gym, while performing exercises that will help mom strengthen various muscle groups. Needless to say this class is a riot!!!! Your toddler will inevitably have fun while getting both you in shape! As with other postnatal classes this class will conclude with a fun activity for you toddler.

THIS CLASS WELCOMES FATHERS AND CAREGIVERS TO COME JOIN IN THE FUN AND DERIVE THE HEALTH BENEFITS OF THIS VERY ACTIVE CLASS.


YOGA DANCE with BABY
Dance, movement and yoga are used to create a class that soothes and stretches both moms and babies. This class will strengthen, tone, and relax your recovering body. Doing the class with your baby will teach you to enter situations without expectation, a valuable thing to learn as a mother! The class will include warm-ups, standing postures, salutations, balancing postures, floor postures, twists, and inversions ending with a baby bonding activity. A perfect way to rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit.


FITMOM STROLLER CLASSES (Babies 6 wks-18 mths)
Outdoor fun and fitness that is challenging and designed to help you lose weight and gain strength. Classes are 1 hour in length, start at a designated location and travel through a local park and return to the designated starting point.
Stroller class is challenging circuit program designed for those that combat exercise boredom. This class provides an aerobic workout combined, with resistance exercises presented in fresh ways each week. This class accommodates all fitness levels and you are encouraged to go at your won pace while you build strength, stamina and lean muscle.

FITMOM BOOTCAMP!
For the seriously active mom who craves a challenge. This high-energy class will KICK YOUR BUTT!. We use dynamic exercise vocal motivation and interactive play for baby to create an ADRENULIN RUSH that will last through your day.

FITBABY (A fitness class for babies development)

FITBABY is a class that formally incorporates the use of movement for brain development for baby. The first year of life is crucial for brain development. How can you best support your baby's natural learning ability? Through movement and play, you will learn how to:

  • optimize baby development
  • enhance learning potential
  • use specific movements designed to support brain function
  • recognize your baby's unique learning pace and communication style
  • create a stronger bond with your baby
  • notice your baby's developmental stages and how to support them through this development

FITWOMAN™
PURPOSE: A class offered at request for moms, who have returned to work and want to continue getting back into shape postpartum.

DESCRIPTION: A high intensity workout for moms (and non moms) who want to workout without their little ones. This program is designed to maximize metabolism. Modifications are provided beginner to advanced.

FITMOM and BABY YOGA
PURPOSE: Fitmom and Baby Yoga classes were created to give mom and baby a chance to bond and share the experience of Yoga.

DESCRIPTION: Asana's to inspire, uplift and energize and connect the union of mother and child. Enjoy a class that enhances muscular balance and injury through opening +strengthening the body while connecting and breathing with baby
